Terms & Conditions
1. PROPERTY a) Property in products shall not pass until payment in full of all monies owed by the customer to AC/DC Online who reserves the right to take possession & dispose of products as it sees fit at any time until full payment is received. b) The customer grants permission to AC/DC Online to enter any property where any product is in order to do so and with such force as is neccessary. c) Immediatley upon delivery the Customer accepts liabiltiy for the sale custody of the products and agrees to indemnify AC/DC Online for any losses relating thereto. d) Upon sale of disposition of any products prior to full payment, the customer agrees to deposit all proceeds in a separate bank account, agrees not to mix proceeds.
2. PACKING Unless stated otherwise the price quoted includes packing in accordance with our standard practice. b) Any other packing requested by you or deemed necessary by us will be charged in addition to the price.
3. DELIVERY a)The customer acknowledges & agrees that AC/DC Online accepts no responsibility or duty for delivery, but elects to arrange delivery and without any liability and at the customers cost. b) AC/DC Online reserves the right to charge for any delivery. c) The customer shall be deemed to have accepted delivery and liability for the products immediately AC/DC Online notifies the customer that any orders have been shipped or delivered to a carrier or the customers premises whether site attended or not. d) AC/DC Online will not be liable for any delay, failure or inability to deliver any products or perform any services. e) Customer shall pay all costs before order is shipped.
4. INFORMATON, PRODUCT & SERVICES a) All descriptive specifications, illustrations, drawings, data, dimensions and weights contained in our website, price list and other advertising material are approximate only and are intended to be by way of general description of the goods and shall not form part of the contract. b) The customer agrees to check all products and services for compliance with applicable standards and regulatory bodies before use, onsale or application and to use or apply same in accordance therewith and with all manufactures and or AC/DC Onlines recommendations and directions as well as with good commercial practice.
5. GOODS RETURNED FOR CREDIT a) If AC/DC Online elects to take back product it must be in saleable condition, upon terms agreed b) No Claim in relation to damaged goods or short of length, quanity or weight will be considered unless notified within seven (7) days of delivery. c) Credit may be allowed at our discrestion but in any event no goods will be accepted for credit after thirty (30) days from invoice date of original invoice d) In all cases the original invoice or delivery docket must be quoted and returned freight paid by the customer e) Goods returned for credit must have the original invoice with them.
6. WARRANTY a) We will repair or supply replacement, defects which under proper use appear in the goods within a period of twelve (12) months after the goods have been despatched and arise soley from faulty design, workmanship or materials supplied by us, PROVIDED always that the defective parts are returned by you free to our location with the delivery documents or original invoice unless otherwise arranged. The repaired or new parts will be delivered by us free of charge to the address the delivery was orginally specified. b) Our warranty will not apply to any defect which arises by excessive wear, misuse, accident, neglect or incorrect installation including wrong power supply.
7. CREDIT LIMIT a) If AC/DC Online grant any credit facility or nominates any credit limit, this is an indication only of its intention at the time. b) AC/DC Online can vary or cancell any credit facility at anytime at its descretion.
